1. Shipping Areas & Fulfillment
- Destinations: We currently ship to Germany and selected countries within the European Union (EU). Available destinations are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Origin: All orders are securely packed and shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Germany.
2. Shipping Costs & Methods
All shipping costs are calculated based on order value, weight, and destination. The final amount will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

3. Delivery Times & Tracking
- Germany: Approximately 2–4 business days.
- European Union: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local carrier.
- Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email (where available) so you can follow your shipment.
